pastandfutureShe had been so sure that everything would be okay now. They defeated Caius. They saved the future. She would be able to see Lightning, Snow, Hope...Everyone again. And she wasn't having any visions.
It seemed perfect.
But as she thanked Noel, she realized something was wrong, and panic flooded her mind as all the events that have, and will ever happen, filled her eyes.
And she saw, that it was all for nothing. Everything they did. Everyone they saved. It was all a lost cause. Defeating Caius gave him exactly what he wanted.
It was all for nothing.
She could hear Noel calling out to her, trying to call her out of her vision. Her strength left her and she couldn't hold herself up anymore. She felt Noel pull her to him before she could fall and she heard him say her name before everything went dark.
And then she heard him scream, and heard no more.
